After two decades managing marketing and administrative operations in her family’s water and fire damage restoration business, Kim now channels her experience into keeping our daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside the office, Kim teaches special education classes at her church and cherishes time with her seven grandchildren.

Born and raised in the South Hills, Sara now resides in Washington, PA. With a background in real estate and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University, Sara applies her expertise in our clients’ homes as well as our back office.

As a mom of two little ones, she is constantly seeking some sort of order in the wonderful, yet endless chaos that is home.

Currently, we are staffing for assistants with Saturday availability only. However, we encourage all interested candidates to apply so we can reach out about future openings.

FAQ

  • We work with clients in their homes throughout Washington and Allegheny counties. Our team members must be willing to travel to clients’ homes throughout our entire service area.

  • Professional organizing experience isn’t necessary. There are many organizers in our industry who successfully transitioned from a different field.

    We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in teaching, retail, customer service, hospitality, and/or a home services trade.

  • We work with a diverse clientele throughout southwestern Pennsylvania. Every job is unique, but most require physically sorting objects, assisting with decision making in a non-judgmental way, and setting up new organizing systems. Our team projects tend to be large and time sensitive projects, such as moves, estate clearouts, or garage/basement/attic organizing projects.

  • Probably not. We are not currently hiring FT employees, but if you are looking for part-time or as-needed (flexible) scheduling, we may be a great fit for you!

  • Yes! We are always looking for great partners we can refer our clients to, especially:

    • Realtors

    • Cleaning services

    • Handymen/women

    • General contractors

    • Folks who hang and arrange art

    • Outdoor holiday light/decor installers

    • Daily Money Managers

    • Photo organizers
